PAYMENT POLICY & METHODS:
Orders placed online can be paid via check or money order. A representative will call to confirm your additional shipping charge as well as method of payment once order is placed. If preferred, we do take complete orders over the phone as well. When placing an order online, we provide you with the confidence to shop without having the fear of your information being stolen. We do not save any sensitive information.
SHIPPING:
Free shipping for all orders exceeding $100.00. Does not apply to DME products, Gloves, X-Ray film, and Overstock Supplies. Default shipping is by FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. In most cases shipping time does not exceed 2-3 business days. 2-day and overnight shipping is also an option. Orders must be placed before 4pm EST to be processed on the same day. Rates for rush shipping based on current rates, and are significantly higher than regular ground rates. We ship to the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and Puerto Rico. Shipping charges for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and Puerto Rico might be higher – in this case we will contact you regarding this matter. The majority of our orders are shipped within one business day. We do not process or ship any orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. In the event of a delay, every effort will be made to contact you by telephone or by email. If the delay is due to a backordered item, you have a choice to remain either on backorder, accept a substitute, or to cancel your order. A carrier’s handling charge will apply to hazardous materials.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
If a product is received that is defective, MD Buying Group will exchange it for you at no additional cost or credit your account. You must contact our customer service center within 14 days of receiving the product. The item will only be accepted for return if it’s in the original box with all of the packing materials including blank warranty cards. Please do not alter, tape or write anything on the item or the packaging.
There is no fee for cancellation of orders not shipped yet.
For health and hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns with any indications that an item has been used and/or installed. Also we cannot accept open packages for any hygiene products – it’s the LAW. Please if you received such item(s), and you plan to return – DO NOT open manufacturer’ original package, otherwise we cannot accept returns. MD Buying Group may cancel an order do to a typo error with the price.
